Founder & Executive Director

Tyler leads The LIT Movement with lived experience, spiritual conviction, and a passion for second chances. As a man in long-term recovery, he brings both grit and grace to the front lines of addiction recovery.

Operations Director

Jen serves as co-leader of The LIT Movement, helping oversee daily operations, spiritual support, and resident care. She brings administrative strength, and a heart for seeing men restored through Christ-centered recovery.

Housing Director

Steve oversees the structure, safety, and spiritual atmosphere of LIT’s recovery homes. With a heart for accountability and a passion for redemption, Steve ensures every home is a place where transformation can take root.

Administrative Support & Operations

Britni supports the daily flow of ministry, helping keep operations organized and moving forward. With a heart to serve and a deep commitment to God’s Kingdom, she brings consistency and care, creating the structure that allows life transformation to happen through The LIT Movement.

Gregory Chasteen

Outreach & Program Development

Gregory leads building bridges between LIT and courts, churches, and treatment centers. Grounded in both strategy and compassion, Gregory helps expand LIT’s reach while strengthening the recovery journey for every resident.

Chairman

A steady and servant-hearted leader, Tom brings decades of operational wisdom to his role as Chairman of the Board at LIT—since the very beginning he’s stewarded our growth with faith, integrity, and a resolve to helping individuals find freedom from substance abuse.

A seasoned business leader and advocate for mission-driven growth, Tom Seitz brings decades of financial and operational leadership to LIT’s board—linking his marketplace experience to a ministry of second chances.

Larry is a retired Remodeling Contractor, past president and longtime board member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. He currently assists with the LIT Movement’s property development.
